I love your style! When should I book my wedding day services?

We would love for you to book your wedding day as soon as you have your date set. Most brides book 6 to 9 months out. If you interested in working with Kirstie, contact her a soon as you can to find out her availability.


Do you come to me on my wedding day?

Why, yes! Kirstie’s services include travel to your your wedding location. Please inquire for travel fees outside the Portland metro area.


Can I meet with you for a consultation?

Kirstie would love to meet with you for a complimentary bridal consultation. Join her at her studio in the historic Old Town Portland. You can ask her any questions that you may have, get to know each other a bit and discuss all the details of your wedding. If you happen to live out of state, you can also schedule a phone consultation. Your consultation will last between 20 to 45 minutes.


How do I book you?

To book Kirstie for your wedding day, she requires a non-refundable $450 deposit and a signed e-contract. After that, you can book your pre-wedding trial at your leisure.


When should I book my pre-wedding trial?

The best time to book you pre-wedding trial is approximately one to four months before your wedding. All trials take place a Kirstie’s studio in Old Town Portland. During the months of June to September we ask that you book your trials during the week days.


May I do a pre-wedding trial before I commit?

Absolutely! If you are unsure of who you would like to work with for your wedding day, then try different looks with other artists. We want you to be 100% sure of your decision. Please keep in mind that Kirstie cannot hold a date without a deposit and contract.


Will you take before and after photos at my pre wedding trial?

Yes. Before and after picture’s help you to see the difference that makeup and hair can make. Kirstie also keeps your images on file to reference for your wedding day. 


Can you help me with coordinating my wedding day timeline?

Of course! Once all of the the services have been decided upon, you can make sure that your timeline will be tailored to you wedding day needs.


What makeup brands do you like to use? Do you sell makeup?

Here are some of Kirstie’s favorite makeup brands that she has in her bridal kit: Bobbi Brown. Kevyn Aucoin, Laura Mercier, Tom Ford, YSL, Viseart, Temptu Professional Airbrush, Lorac, Makeup Forever. NARS, Shu Uemura, Stila, Urban Decay & YSL.

Kirstie does not sell makeup but is more than happy to let you know products she loves and where you can purchase them.


Do you use airbrush makeup?

I use Temptu Airbrush makeup for your complexion. The formula that I prefer to use is  very light wight and wears beautifuly throughout your days emotions. I also have traditional liquid and creme foundations in my kit for those would prefer not to have airbrush makeup.
